General Information & Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to all services on the Daraz Palya platform. Whenever you access Daraz Palya or use any of its services — via the website or mobile app — these terms come into effect automatically.

Daraz Palya is a licensed and regulated online betting and gaming platform. We want all our members to play with full awareness, and these terms are an important part of that.

Account & Membership

Each person may only register one account on Daraz Palya. Opening multiple accounts under the same name or from the same device is strictly prohibited.

• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, and mobile number at the time of registration.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed after account registration.
• Accounts cannot be transferred to a third party.
• Operating an account on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure.
• If a duplicate account is detected, both accounts and their balances may be forfeited.

You are responsible for the security of your own account. Keep your password strong and never share it with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact support immediately.

Age Restriction

Only individuals aged 18 or above may create an account and use Daraz Palya's services. This is not optional — it is a legal requirement.

If someone registers with a false date of birth and this is later verified, the account will be closed and any remaining balance will not be refunded. Daraz Palya places the highest priority on protecting minors.

If you know that a minor may be able to access Daraz Palya on your device, please enable parental controls and make sure you log out.

Betting Rules

Every bet on Daraz Palya is accepted and settled according to specific rules. Please familiarize yourself with the following before placing a bet.

Bets placed after a market has closed will not be accepted. If an odds error is identified, Daraz Palya reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the original stake.

Deposits & Withdrawals

• Minimum deposit: ৳100. Maximum limits depend on your account tier.

• The name on your mobile banking account must match the name on your Daraz Palya account.

Standard withdrawals may take 24–72 hours to process. VIP members receive priority and faster withdrawal times.

Bonus & Promo Terms

Daraz Palya regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which must be read before use.

• The welcome bonus is available once on your first deposit only.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals directly from bonus funds are not permitted — you must complete the wagering requirement first.
• Bonuses not used within the specified time period will expire.
• If evidence of bonus abuse (arbitrage betting) is found, the account will be closed.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Daraz Palya. Any violation may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of your balance.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using bots or automated software to place bets.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the Daraz Palya system.
• Attempting to access or steal another member's account or personal information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Arbitrage betting or bonus hunting.

Account Closure

You may close your account at any time. Daraz Palya also reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for specific reasons.

• Members may activate self-exclusion at any time.
• A 30/60/90-day cooling-off period is available for a temporary break.
• Daraz Palya reserves the right to close any account without notice in the event of a terms violation.
• If your account is permanently closed, you may contact support to request a balance refund.

Limitation of Liability

Daraz Palya is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server outages, or third-party service failures. However, we will do our best to assist in such situations.

Sports Betting outcomes depend entirely on the result of the event. Daraz Palya makes no guarantees regarding betting outcomes. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

Changes & Updates

Daraz Palya reserves the right to update these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. The date of any changes will be noted on this page.

For significant changes, we will notify members via their registered email or app notification. Continued use of Daraz Palya after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Any dispute will first be addressed through support. If a resolution cannot be reached that way, neutral mediation is available.
